The Jonah Hex Lilah costume is based on the outfits worn by Megan Fox in the Jonah  Hex movie. This was an action type movie adapted from the DC comics graphical novel of the same name.

Jonah Hex is a confederate soldier during the time for the American civil war. He is horribly disfigured by a villainous baddy called Quentin Turnbull who also kills his family. He goes on to become a fearsome bounty hunter that has the power to talk to the dead. However his overriding passion is to wreak his revenge on Turnbull and his cronies.

The film/novel is a mix of action, western and supernatural genres. The comic was fairly popular however the movie didn’t get such a good reception.

Lilah And Her Costumes

Lilah (real name Tallulah Black) is the main female character in the movie. She is extremely beautiful and very streetwise. These two attributes come in handy as she works in a Saloon bar as a prostitute. This includes having derringer like pistols located on various parts of her body or pockets in her clothing in case she has to defend herself against the people she meets in her profession. In fact, the first scene we see her in is using a derringer against a guy that wants to avail of her services when she has finished for the day.

She has met Jonah Hex before the opening of the film and they are lovers. She seems to have strong attraction to him despite his disfigurements and less than friendly persona. She ends up joining him as he hunts down Quentin Turnbull. It is during this hunt that we she how adept she is at fighting and handling a weapon. She helps dispatch many a villain with fists, pots and pans and the odd pistol. Without getting a hair out of place or ripping her lovely outfits !

Jonah Hex Lilah Costumes

You can get two Jonah Hex Lilah costumes. They both have the same style – a sexy outfit that men are likely to be attracted to. You can get a black version and a white version.

Lilah’s Black Costume

This outfit consists of an off the shoulder dress that has a corset style bodice to accentuate the waist and bust. The bodic is attached to a leather skirt and organza overlay with lace trim. You also get a pair of gloves or glovelets (it’s an open glove so that the fingers are free) that are also in black lace.

As already mentioned, this is a sexy saloon girl sort of costume that might be worn by working women in the saloons and bars in the Wild West.

Lilah’s White Costume

This outfit is pretty much the same style as the previous one except that it is all white or ivory in color. It is a sexy looking outfit that was no doubt meant to attract men to the wearer. It is described as an ivory tank dress.

This means that the top is an over the shoulder tank top with corseted bodice, short skirt and organza overlay. There is a blush trim to give the costume a bit of character, including a blush rose design in between the bust.

Both costumes are sure to make a big impression at any Halloween party or dress up event. Even if people don’t know much about Jonah Hex, they will want to know all about you, dressed in one of these sexy and sassy costumes.
